To obtain fresh milk with low bacteria content, Greenfields cows go through a stringent washing process before being taken to the milking area where they are milked using an automatic milking system (Boumatic). The milk is immediately chilled through a Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) and sent for processing via cooling stainless steel pipes, eliminating any chance of human contact - thus adhering to an extremely high standard of hygiene.
All details such as the composition of the milk are then recorded via a computer system that is linked directly to the milking machine

All Greenfields products are manufactured in the Company's ISO 22000 and HACCP certified factory in Gunung Kawi, Malang. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art Tetra Pak machines and operated by trained supervisors and operators. The fully automated and integrated processing of pasteurization, sterilization, and packing are controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) which ensures zero-error operation flow.
In addition to the high standard of Quality Control and Quality Assurance discipline adapted from Australian and New Zealand milk processing factories, every employee in Greenfields' factory is also cultured by the Japanese 5-S Programme. The daily drill of Sort (Seiri, translated as organization); Systemize (Seiton, translated as tidiness); Shine (Seiso, translated as purity); Standardize (Seiketsu, translated as cleanliness); and Sustain (Shitsuke, translated as discipline) creates the corporate ethos that ensure every Greenfields product is virtuous and safe for the consumers.
